The staff was lovely, the entertainment staff were very attentive to the children and super friendly with both children and adults: Juan Carlos, Alberto, Aitor, Marta, Leire, Bárbara, Ivan, Chiara, Zaira, Puri, Antonio, Pablo... all of them delightful. From the dining room, Rubén and Juanjo were always attentive, making sure everything was ready on the tables... The waiters at Papagayo were also very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was a wide variety of activities for children and sports for adults. The buffet offered a good variety of food. Overall, it was very good value for money. The hotel's cove is beautiful with super-clean water and the start of one of the stages of the Cami de Cavalls trail is right in the cove for those who enjoy sports.
El personal encantador, los animadores muy pendientes de los niños y súper amables con niños y adultos: Juan Carlos, Alberto, Aitor, Marta, Leire, Bárbara, Ivan, Chiara, Zaira, Puri, Antonio,Pablo…..todos ellos encantadores. Del comedor destacar Rubén y Juanjo siempre pendientes que no faltara de nada en las mesas…
Los camareros del Papagayo tb muy amables.
Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones espaciosas.
Gran variedad de actividades para los niños y deporte para adultos.
Buena comida variada en el buffet.
En general muy buena relación calidad precio.
La Cala del hotel preciosa con agua súper limpia y con el inicio de una de las etapas del Cami de Cavalls en la misma cala para quien le guste el deporte.

We loved it, the facilities, the animation, the staff supeeeeeeeer friendly, very grateful for the treatment received from everyone with not a single complaint. The food was very good, the spaces. Only two buts, that it has lasted little and that we have eaten too much but that has depended on nosotr@s so they are our points to improve our not yours. Incredible attention from the staff. Being on half board, dinners and breakfasts, despite being buffet, were very well attended and the food was varied and good. The swimming pools were splendid. Activities for children and adults were fun and with great entertainers. We should mention the fountains with filtered water throughout the hotel. To repeat if the occasion arises!
Atención del personal increíble. Estando en media pensión, las cenas y los desayunos, a pesar de ser buffet, estuvieron muy bien atendidos y la comida era variada y buena. Las piscinas esplendidas. Actividades para niños y adultos divertidas y con animadores geniales. Mencionar la disposición de fuentes con agua filtrada por todo el recinto del hotel. Para repetir si surge la ocasión!

The rooms do not correspond to a 4-star hotel/resort. No elevator access. Very simple, no details, closets without a door (curtain), no toiletries (only a dose of gel), toothpaste, body milk, etc. would be appreciated. Room service is not attentive, we ran out of gel and toilet paper and they did not replace it. There was a lot of dirt under the bed.
Las habitaciones no se corresponden a un hotel/resort de 4 estrellas. No tienen acceso en ascensor. Muy simples, ningún detalle, armarios sin puerta (cortina), sin articulos de aseo (solo un dosificar de gel), se agradecería pasta de dientes, body milk, etc. El servicio de habitaciones no es atento, se acabó el gel y el papel higiénico y no lo repusieron. Bajo la cama había bastante suciedad.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Buffet very good, although breakfast could use a little more variety. Facilities also excellent and many activities for adults and children.

As the only downside, I would ask for a little more hygiene in the bedrooms in terms of the number of insects that were present. We were on a first floor next to the garden, and we understood that it was understandable that some bugs would sneak into the room. But a 4 star hotel cannot afford to have insects in the bedrooms.
