A hotel to sleep at the airport itself.
Un hotel para dormir en el mismo aeropuerto.
Bad communication between Amimir and the hotel. At the hotel, after a certain time, you have to check in yourself using a machine, because there is no 24-hour reception. When I tried to do so, my booking did not appear in the system. I called the hotel's helpline and they told us that our booking did not exist. I called Amimir and they said that it did exist. They talked to each other (supposedly) and they did not give me a solution. At 1am I booked another room using the check-in machine itself and was able to check in. Amimir has still not returned the money for the booking that I paid them and that did not exist. They screwed up the start of my holiday and my partner caught a cold from the cold we spent in front of the hotel at 0° trying to check in for hours.
Mala comunicación entre Amimir y el Hotel. En el hotel a partir de cierta hora tienes que hacer el check-in tu mismo en una máquina, porque no tiene recepción 24h. Al intentar hacerlo, mi reserva no aparecía en el sistema. Llamé a un teléfono de atención del hotel y nos decía que no existía nuestra reserva. Llamé a Amimir y decían que sí existía. Entre ellos hablaron (supuestamente) y no me daban solución. A las 1 de la madrugada reservé otra habitación desde la propia máquina de check-in y ya pude hospedarme. Amimir aún no me ha devuelto el dinero de la reserva que les pagué y no existía. Me jodieron el inicio de las vacaciones y mi pareja cogió un resfriado del frío que pasamos en la puerta del hotel a 0° intentando hacer el check-in durante horas.
