We were there for five days, and they only cleaned the room one day. They told us they didn't clean Thursdays and Sundays because they weren't cleaning, but they didn't clean Thursdays, Fridays, or Sundays. That needs to be improved.

After reading some reviews and comments, I think people don't know what they're getting. You have to be aware of where you're going and the price you're paying for the accommodation. In our case, we were a group of nine people divided into three apartments on an all-inclusive basis. Honestly, we had no complaints. The food was varied and good. The staff was very attentive, including reception, the lounge, and cleaning. The pool was spacious and uncrowded. The meals were very varied, and snacks were available at the pool bar. Obviously, it has its limitations, but I highly recommend it for its value.
Despues de leer algunas reseñas y comentarios pienso que la gente no sabe lo que contrata.
Hay que ser conscientes de donde vas y el precio que pagas por el alojamiento.
En nuestro caso fuimos un grupo de 9 personas dividido en tres apartamentos en régimen de Todo Incluido.
La verdad es que ninguna queja, comida variada, buena, personal, muy atento, tanto recepción, sala, limpieza... Piscina amplia y sin aglomeraciones.
Las comidas eran muy variadas y con snacks a disposición en el bar de la piscina.
Obviamente que tiene sus limitaciones, pero relación calidad precio lo recomiendo con creces.

The hotel needs some renovations in the rooms, although the bathroom has been renovated. The beds need replacing. During the stay we saw one of the workers looking in one of the wastebaskets and another one looking in one of the garbage cans.

Muchos insectos en la habitación. Limpieza y cambio de toallas cada dos días. Televisión no iba y al comentarlo nos dijeron q no iba ni iba a ir. Teléfono tampoco funcionaba. Comida de calidad correcta pero bebidas nefastas. Personal poco agradable, en general. Durante la estancia vimos a uno de los trabajadores buscando en una de las papeleras y otro trapicheando.

Excellent food. Very friendly and attentive staff. The animation guys super friendly, the head of dining room and bar very attentive. The receptionists were exceptional. We arrived from the ferry at half past five in the morning and had to check in at two in the afternoon. They gave us a wristband and let us use all the facilities except for the rooms.

The dining room chairs were super dirty all with renegade stains. The cleanliness of the rooms left a bit to be desired. Some rooms (like mine) had a musty smell that has come back permeated throughout.
