The complex is located in a quiet residential area, in the pleasant coastline of Malgrat de Mar. Very close to the new commercial area of Valle Gran Rey. At 50 m you will find the city center and various restaurants, bars and discos. The beach and the station are only 300 m away. The airport of Girona is 35 km away and Barcelona is 66 km away. Barcelona Airport is 82 km away. This hotel opened in 2005 and has a total of 12 apartments, spread over 4 floors, reception and elevator. The apartments, totally new, can accommodate 2-4 people. They have a bedroom with 2 beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with small fridge, bathroom, satellite TV, heating, individual air conditioning and balcony. Some of the apartments offer sea views. On the beach you have sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. The apartments are open all year.
