Average value for money, a hotel focused on foreigners. The meal times are horrible: lunch 12:30/2:00 PM and dinner 6:30/9:00 PM. The schedules will have to be adjusted slightly. Very friendly staff, the best of the establishment. Quiet place and swimming pool very well. Well located. A 10/15 min walk from the beach but there is a train that passes every half hour that also brings you closer.

Food very much aimed at foreign tourists although good. We missed a bit of variety. No pitcher/bottle of water at meals, you have to get up every time you want a glass. Meal times are too short for our usual habits.
Comida muy dirigida a turistas extranjeros aunque buena. Echamos de menos un poco de variedad. No ponen jarra/ botella de agua en las comidas, tienes que levantarte cada vez que quieres un vaso. Horarios de comidas muy justos para nuestras costumbres habituales.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the slides for my 2.5 year old daughter.

We have been a couple with a 5 year old girl and we loved the water park, the pools, the hotel in general. The reception girls were exceptional, especially Alba, but all of them were super friendly. The workers in the dining room and pool also most of them very nice people. We went with bad expectations because of what people said but nothing to do with all the bad things they have been able to say. We would definitely come back.

Las chicas de recepción excepcionales sobretodo Alba, pero todas super amables. Los currantes en comedor y piscina también la mayoría muy buena gente. Íbamos con malas expectativas por lo que decía la gente pero nada que ver a todo lo malo que han podido decir. Volveríamos sin duda.
