It has 142 rooms, Internet access throughout the building, 3 conference rooms and ample car park payment. Modern rooms, with ADSL and safe. All exterior with natural light. Full bathroom with tub or shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning / heating according to season. Hotel bar / smoking on request. The hotel offers a gym, sauna and steam room available to the customer. Restaurant with Mediterranean and market cuisine. From Plaza Catalunya, you should walk 4 minutes to take the subway resort Passeig de Gracia, Gran Via / Passeig de Gràcia. L 4, yellow line, to resort Llacuna. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk from the road down to the sea.

Limited buffet but everything was good. Elevator was noisy, it was scary. Small details of lack of maintenance. It does not appear to be 4 * When we arrived, two people at the reception assisted us, they charged us the tourist tax for my 16-year-old son. It is paid from 17 years old. I mentioned it to the people who attended us upon arrival and they told us that 16 would pay. The next day I consulted it online, called the information of the City Council and the Generalitat and also consumer and they confirmed that with 16 they are exempt from paying the tourist tax. When we returned to the hotel there was a person who assisted us on the day of arrival and another person. When commenting that they had wrongly charged us the fee, the person who assisted us upon arrival confirmed this but thank goodness the other person corrected his mistake and agreed with us. We were charged the rate correctly. It seems unprofessional to me that the hotel does not know when the fee has to be applied. It is a fee that they are charging every day and I understand that they should know when it applies and when it does not.

Al llegar nos atendieron dos personas en recepción, nos cobraron la tasa turística de mi hijo de 16 años. Se paga a partir de 17 años. Se lo comente a las personas que nos atendieron a la llegada y nos dicen que con 16 se pagaba. Al día siguiente lo consulte por internet, llame a información del Ayto y de la Generalitat y también a consumo y me confirmaron que con 16 están exentos de pagar la tasa turística. Al volver al hotel había una persona que nos atendió el día de la llegada y otra persona mas. Al comentar que nos habían cobrado erróneamente la tasa, la persona que nos atendió a la llegada se ratificaba pero menos mal que la otra persona le saco del error y nos dio la razón. Se nos cobro la tasa correctamente.
Me parece poco profesional que en el hotel no sepan cuando se tiene que aplicar la tasa. Es una tasa que están cobrando todos los días y entiendo que deberían saber cuando se aplica y cuando no.
