This hotel is located in the quiet town of Corralejo, near magnificent white-sand beaches and the natural park of the Dunes of Corralejo. The city center is 1.5 kilometres away, where there are many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. It is next to the port of Corralejo, which offers boat holidays to numerous places. The hotel was built in 1999 and has a lobby, bar and air-conditioned restaurant. The cozy and bright rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning and balcony or terrace. The hotel also has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, squash court, massage service, solarium with hammocks and Balinese beds, day and night activities program and a pool bar. 6.1 Raquel Traveled solo Booked on Amimir.com September 2024 Average The room was spacious, the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially the waiters and cooks, Zsanett.

La habitación amplia, la cama muy grande y comodísima. El personal muy amable, destacando los camareros y cocineros, en especial Zsanett.

In the 7 days we were there, no one cleaned the floor of the room, we couldn't take our shoes off because there was sand from the beach and dirt. There was a piece of paper on the floor during the whole stay, and in the bathroom they only folded the towels, zero cleaning! The entertainment was exclusively for tourists. The detail of having to leave a €1 deposit for each plastic cup makes no sense in an all-inclusive. They washed them in the bathroom of the room (without soap), a piece of filth! In the pool there are rules and depending on who breaks them they are reprimanded or not: you can't smoke, you can't reserve sunbeds with towels from early in the morning. They don't give a damn about the sunbeds and nobody says anything. And what about smoking? There is no area in the pool where we can be in a sunbed smoking, you have to go to an area behind the bar but the English can smoke vapes. If they smoked cigarettes it would be allowed in the pool, that's for sure!!

En los 7 días que estuvimos, nadie limpió el suelo de la habitación, no podíamos descalzarnos porque había arena de la playa y suciedad. Estuvo un papel en el suelo durante toda la estancia, además en el baño sólo doblaban las toallas, limpieza cero! La animación única y exclusivamente para los guiris. El detalle de tener que dejar en depósito 1€ por cada vaso de plástico no tiene sentido en un todo incluído. Los lavaba en el baño de la habitación (sin jabón), una guarrada! En la piscina hay unas normas y dependiendo de quien las incumpla se les llama la atención o no: no se puede fumar, tampoco se pueden reservar hamacas con las toallas desde primera hora de la mañana. Lo de las hamacas se lo pasan por el forro y nadie dice nada. Y lo de fumar??no hay una zona en la piscina para que podamos estar en una hamaca fumando, hay que ir a una zona detrás del bar pero los ingleses si que pueden fumar vaper. Si ellos fumaran cigarrillos estaría permitido en la piscina, eso seguro!!
