They have a huge problem with cockroaches. We found cockroaches in our room in 4 different occasions (1x in the closet, 2x in the bathroom, 1x in the terrace) and once in the restaurant. Other guests told me they also found cockroaches.

After reading some pessimistic reviews I had doubts whether to hire this accommodation. But of course it has been a success. To evaluate this accommodation must be compared with the context in which it is located, I would say it is one of the best hotels in the area. The accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from the port of Corralejo (which on Saturdays has a great atmosphere in the square of music), is in the center, has ample parking where you can leave the rental car and is surrounded by shopping centers and stores where you can go shopping or strolling. The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is adequate and the staff has been most pleasant. The food buffet was not very varied on the different days, but they have many gastronomic options and there is always a table with salads, another with food made on the spot, another with typical Canarian food and another with international food. On the days we were there we were able to eat Italian, Mexican, etc. and the quality of the food is good.
Después de leer algunas valoraciones pesimistas tenía dudas si contratar este alojamiento. Pero desde luego ha sido un acierto. Para poder valorar este alojamiento hay que compararlo con el contexto en el que se ubica, yo diría que es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona. El alojamiento se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando del puerto de Corralejo (qué los sábados tiene un gran ambiente en la plaza de la música), está en pleno centro, cuenta con un amplio parking donde poder dejar el coche de alquiler y esta rodeado de centros comerciales y tiendas en las que poder ir a comprar o a pasear. Las habitaciones son amplias, la limpieza es adecuada y el personal ha sido de lo más agradable. El buffet de comidas ha sido poco variado en los diferentes días, pero tienen muchas opciones gastronómicas y siempre hay una mesa de ensaladas, otra de comida hecha en el momento, otra con comida típica canaria y otra internacional. En los días que estuvimos pudimos comer comida italiana, mexicana, etc. y la calidad de la comida es buena
Perhaps the downside of our All Inclusive experience was related to the drinks: the cocktails and beverages were not good...white label and with little variety to choose from. We didn't understand that bottles of water are not included but other types of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages are included. Apart from this exception, we were able to enjoy a pleasant stay in Fuerteventura.
Quizá el inconveniente de nuestra experiencia en Todo Incluido ha sido relacionado con la bebida: los cocketeles y bebidas no estaban buenos...de marca blanca y con poca variedad para elegir. No hemos entendido que las botellas de agua no estén incluidas pero otro tipo de bebidas refrescantes o alcohólicas sí. Salvando esta excepción, hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia agradable en Fuerteventura.

The rooms do not correspond to a four star hotel. We had cockroaches (only the first day), broken lights, the shower is made of plastic and skids dangerously (the water also came out broken and the whole floor got wet). They should take more care of this part of the hotel.

We liked the attention of the staff working in the hotel, they are wonderful and very polite people. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. As for the two swimming pools, they are well located and clean.
Nos gustó la atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel, es gente maravillosa y muy educada. Todo el hotel esta muy limpio y ordenado. En cuanto a las dos piscinas, están bien ubicadas y limpias.
The part of the room, the shower was not practical at all, the water came out constantly, it was not comfortable at all and the water jet was very weak. As for the buffet there was not much variety, and especially when it was time to close each meal, they started to pick up quickly and you somehow ate faster, since they started to close everything. I understand that after that time no one else is allowed to enter, but to start taking out food, cleaning and closing things, when people were eating, we didn't like it at all. And finally, all the animation part of the hotel, was aimed at a type of customer and in this case, to foreign tourism, for the national is not intended.
La parte de la habitación, la ducha no era nada práctica, se salía el agua constantemente, no era nada cómoda y el chorro de agua era muy flojo. En cuanto al bufet no había mucha variedad, y sobretodo cuando llegaba la hora del cierre de cada comida, se ponían a recoger rápidamente y tu de alguna manera comías mas rápido, ya que te empezaban a cerrar todo. Entiendo que a partir de la hora no se deje entrar a nadie más, pero empezar a sacar comida, limpiar y cerrar cosas, habiendo gente comiendo, no nos gustó nada. Y para finalizar, toda la parte de animación del hotel, estaba dirigida a un tipo de cliente y en este caso, al turismo de fuera, para el nacional no está pensado.

Realmente nada me a gustado , no vale la pena ni con el todo incluido, bueno tienen parking gratis eso creo que es bueno...
La comida era muy justita para un 4* por no decir mala para un hotel de tal categoría, nunca te reponen el agua en la habitación y el todo incluido era justito y con las bebidas marca blanca más malas que hay... No reservéis os recomiendo otros lugares.
