This complex built in 2003 is located on the second line of the sea, on the Mediterranean promenade, 50 m from the Estany Gelat beach. It is 500 m from the center of Miami Playa, where you can find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and banks. Next to the building there are telephone booths, a restaurant bar and a supermarket. This complex has 100 apartments, garden, terrace, playground and elevator. There are 2 categories of apartments: For 4-6 people, equipped with 2 double beds, 2 full bathrooms, separate kitchen with hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, dining room with 2-seater sofa bed, TV and a large furnished terrace. Those for 6-8 people have the same as the previous ones but with an additional double bedroom. Cleaning before arrival, as well as water and electricity are included in the price. There is a swimming pool in the outdoor complex with children's area and sun terrace.
