The Apartments are located on the beachfront of Puerto De Pollensa only 400 m from the center. Wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. The building consists of 27 comfortable apartments completely renovated, distributed over three floors. All surrounded by a simple garden with swimming pool for adults and children, solarium, sun beds and umbrellas. The apartments have a double bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. All have a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a telephone, satellite TV, a safe (extra charge) and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. They also offer individual air conditioning and Internet access (extra charge). This complex has an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
