Very poor check-in, they didn't give basic information such as the existence of a minibus to the beach, the WiFi password, the need to ask for the TV remote control, the reception number if you needed to call, the check-out time (the day before they put a piece of paper under the door).

The people who work at the hotel are delightful. Carmen, who cleans the room, is a sweetheart with the kids. And the pool bar staff and lifeguards are great. You can eat and drink all day long. The pool hours seem short, but if you stay a little longer, they don't say anything.

I arrived and the bathroom was flooded. They dried it out for me. I told them it wasn't fixed and that the ceiling was leaking water. They came at 9 p.m. I told them no, because it was late and the kids were asleep, and they never came back. It's far from everything.

Everything was great, much better than I expected, honestly. Couple with 2 4-year-old children. Great pools. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the buffet, both for breakfast and lunch. Good schedules. 10/10 entertainment. Lots of activities, and very good and varied at night.
Estupendo todo, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, la verdad. Pareja con 2 niños de 4 años. Piscinas geniales. Nos ha sorprendido para bien la variedad y calidad del buffet tanto en desayuno como comidas. Horarios bien. Animaciones de 10. Muchas actividades, y por la noche muy buenas y variadas.

Habitaciones del cuéntame ,que se escucha todo los armarios que olía a humedad la limpieza nula ya que no limpiaron el baño en la semana que estuvimos solo quitaron las papeleras. En la comida como llegaras justa te la retiraban ,vimos con una familia se quedó sin cenar, en ese hotel te aseguro que ni lo recomiendo y ni me alojo más allí. Pésimo total para no repetir .
