Beautiful views from the room. The restaurant staff were generally very friendly, but the reception staff weren't so much so. The food was quite good, although it would have been nice if they had some quality cold cuts for breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable; we had back pain every day because of this. We had to request a room change because the one we were given was right above the pool and was very noisy, as there was a speaker right below us. When we requested a room change, they told us we had to wait a day to change, which didn't seem right to us, since we emphasized that we were travelling with a baby and it was very important for us to be able to rest and be away from noise. Every night, the music played until almost 11 p.m. It was horrible. During mealtimes, when there was still 30-40 minutes left before the end of service, many items weren't replenished. I don't see any logic in this. The pastries were often an hour before the end of mealtimes, and they weren't replenished either. And the elevators were an ordeal; the average wait for the elevator was about 5 minutes. If you're Spanish, forget about the entertainment; it's completely geared toward foreigners and everything is in English.I also don't think it's normal that, being an all-inclusive, they cut off your AI bracelet at 12 noon on the day of checkout. This has never happened to us before, and we've been to several. My overall punctuality is a 7.
Las camas muy incómodas, estuvimos todos los días con dolor de espalda por culpa de esto. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque la que nos dieron estaba justo encima de la piscina y era muy ruidosa, ya que teníamos un altavoz justo debajo nuestro y al pedir el cambio nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar un día para poder cambiar, cosa que no nos pareció normal, ya que resaltamos que íbamos con bebé y era muy importante para nosotros poder descansar y estar lejos de ruidos. Cada noche la música hasta casi las 23h, horrible.
Durante las comidas, cuando aún quedaban 30-40 min para terminar el servicio ya no reponían muchas cosas. No lo veo lógico. Los pasteles muchas veces aún quedaba 1h para terminar el horario de las comidas y ya no los reponían tampoco. Y el tema de los ascensores, una odisea, la espera normal para poder coger el ascensor era de unos 5 minutos de media. Si eres español, olvídate de la animación, completamente dirigida a los extranjeros y todo en inglés. Tampoco veo normal que siendo un todo incluido, a las 12h del día del check out te corten la pulsera del AI, nunca nos había pasado esto y hemos estado en varios.
Mi puntual global es de un 7.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, buffet variado, comida y bebida durante todo el día y personal muy amable.
Tienes varias calas muy chulas cerca del hotel para poder ir andando aunque recomiendo coche para poder moverte
Las tumbonas de la piscina a las 7 de la mañana ya estaban todas reservadas y se supone que está prohibido reservarlas pero nadie hacía nada para impedirlo.
Las actuaciones van dirigidas para los extranjeros....

El personal, hacer mención ESPECIALMENTE a Pablo, súper amable y trabajador, un trato inmejorable hacía los clientes, Así como a Sergio, Cristina, Isabel, Jose y Daya, muy pendientes de que no nos faltara nada .En general el personal es muy muy amable y servicial.
También me gustaría destacar a Jaime y José María del chiringuito y a Nils de la piscina.. La comida muy buena, Los guisos con mucho sabor. Por las noches tenían noches tematizadas .
El hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles, sobre todo al amanecer.
Que permitan que se reserven las hamacas. Es cierto que a las 10 pasaban recogiendo las toallas de los que no estaban pero el resto del día TODO reservado y allí habría un 60-70% de las tumbonas ocupadas. Creo que eso deberían de gestionarlo de otra forma.

Fue una súper experiencia, buffet muy variado y rico. Habitaciones bonitas pero con algunas deficiencias, las instalaciones están muy bonitas, personal amable a excepción de alguna de recepción. El hotel es precioso y vale la pena! 100% recomendado
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas falta mantenimiento y limpieza en algunas zonas como ser, baños de recepción estaban asquerosos y algunos desagües que están en la zona de piscina ya que olían muy mal y estaban súper sucios, también el horario de la piscina fatal, la cierran a las 7 creo que por ser verano minimo a las 8.30

Excellent views, much better than in the comments and photos. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The snack service surprised us and the hotel facilities too. Good communication with roads. The food is a bit repetitive but there is variety and each dinner has a different theme.

There is a lack of Spanish focus and nighttime entertainment. There is a lack of ambient music of all kinds, not just for English people. The location is fine if you stay at the hotel but you need a vehicle to see the area. There are no sunbeds available. At 8am everything is already occupied, although you are not supposed to be able to reserve them, but in the pool bar area they have chairs where you can sit. The courtesy showers are very bad, they lack a bench to put things and a hairdryer and the cleaning is just about right.

There are 3 buildings. The resort of this accommodation is 3 stars at best. The room they gave us the first day was made for handicapped people. I think it's great that they have these adapted rooms. But it was not suitable for us. Especially the service. We asked for a change and thanks to the kindness of Samantha at the reception they changed it the next day.
We were then on the 9th floor and the noise from the hotel appliances was very loud. I don't want to think about the lower floors.

Me parece muy bien que tengan estás habitaciones adaptadas. Pero no era adecuada para nosotros. Sobre todo el servicio. Pedimos que nos la cambiarán y gracias a la amabilidad de Samantha de recepción me la cambiaron al día siguiente.
Estábamos después el un piso 9° y el ruido de los aparatos del hotel era muy fuerte. No quiero pensar en los pisos bajos
