The hotel we stayed at was fully booked. The bedrooms were very clean and themed for children. There was a lot of variety to choose from both at dinner and breakfast, as they had an open buffet. The rides in the park were great for the kids, as they were never bored. The miniature golf is great for the whole family. There is also a big pool where you can spend the day and in the evening there is a show. In my opinion, if you don't want to, you don't need to leave the hotel. You have everything you need there and more. The staff was very friendly and the anti-COVID hygiene measures were quite strict. It is the best choice for a family holiday !
El hotel en el que nos alojamos estaba completo. Las habitaciones estsban muy limpias y con temàtica para niños. Había mucha variedad entre la que escoger tanto en la cena como en el desayuno, dado que tenian un buffet libre. Las atracciones del parque eran ideales para los niños, dado que así no se podían aburrir en ningín momento. El minigolf es genial para toda la familia. Hay también una piscina grande en la que puedes pasar el día y por la noche hay algún espectáculo. Vamos, en mi opinión, si no quieres, no hace falta que salgas del hotel. Tienes allí todo lo que necesitas y más. El personal fue muy amable y las medidas de higiene anti-COVID eran bastante estrictas. Es la mejor elección para pasar las vacaciones en familia !
The only downside I can put on it, although the hotel is 4 stars, as for the room it would deserve as 2-3. There are no cleaning products other than soap and shampoo and despite having stayed only 2 nights, they did not clean the room nor did they bring us new towels (but we did not ask for them either so...) even so, upon arrival everything was tidy and clean in the room.
La única pega que le puedo poner, aunque el hotel es de 4 estrellas, en cuanto a la habitación se merecería como 2-3. No hay más productos de limpieza que jabón y champú y a pesar de haber estado solo 2 noches, no nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos trajeron nuevas toallas (pero nosotros tampoco las pedimos así que...) aún así, al llegar estaba todo ordenado y limpio en la habitación.

It is a very cool hotel, ideal for children because it has a small amusement park inside and the decor is very different from other hotels, it is very successful with the theme of adventures. The spaces in general are very spacious. Ideal for both small children and pre-adolescents.
Es un hotel muy chulo, ideal para niños porque tiene un pequeño parque de atracciones dentro y la decoración es muy distinta a otros hoteles, está muy lograda con el tema de las aventuras. Los espacios en general son muy amplios. Ideal tanto para niños pequeños como para pre-adolescentes.

The pools, all the themed decoration and very well cared for, the theme park great for kids, the minigolf deluxe. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, no car park problems.
Las piscinas, toda la decoración temática y muy cuidada, el parque temático genial para niños, el minigolf de lujo. El personal muy amable, la habitación confortable, sin problemas de aparcamiento.
I don't know if it is because of COVID 19 but there was little variety of food at the buffet. Few waiters to serve it so there were queues. But everything was good and you could eat as much as you wanted. There are two areas where they cook live and that was where the queues were the longest. We missed the themed dinners. There were no snacks to eat mid-morning or as a snack as they said in the all-inclusive.
No sé si será por motivo de la COVID 19 pero había poca variedad de comida en el buffet. Pocos camareros para servirlo con lo que se forman colas. Pero estaba todo bueno y podías comer cuanto quisieras. Hay dos zonas que te cocinan en vivo y era donde más colas se formaban. Se echa de menos las cenas temáticas. No había snacks para poder comer algo a media mañana o de merienda como decían en el todoincluido.

A great hotel to stay as a couple or as a family. Very good and varied food, we were on half board and they changed all the dinners for all meals without any problem.
Very attentive staff, activities for children, theme park where adults enjoy as children.

Un hotel estupendo para estar en pareja o en familia. Muy buena comida y variada.Estuvimos en régimen de media pensión y nos cambiaron todas las cenas por todas las comidas sin problema alguno.
Personal muy atento, actividades para niños, parque temático en el que los adultos disfrutan como niños.

It's not very relevant, but the performance of Abba and Lovellers.... was pitiful. They were almost unlistenable. The rest of the performances: juggling, bubbles and magic were great.
It is unfortunate that being Spanish and supposedly with the same rights, equal before the law, etc...., we have to pay a tourist tax for being in another community. Do we charge the rest of autonomies to others? I do not understand it but it would be the only reason not to return.
No es muy relevante, pero la actuación de Abba y Lovellers....daban pena. Casi, no se escuchaban. Eso si, el resto de actuaciones: malabares, burbujas y magia geniales.
Es lamentable, que siendo españoles y supuestamente con los mimos derechos, iguales ante la ley, etc....,tengamos que pagar un impuesto de turista por estar en otra comunidad. ¿Cobramos el resto de autonomías a las demás? No lo entiendo pero sería la unica razón para no volver.
