Before arriving, after reading some reviews we did not have high expectations... but it clearly surpassed them!
The location was perfect, downtown, next to the beach and restaurants. Also in front of the hotel there was a huge free public car park.
The hotel pool was very nice, the sun was shining almost all day long. The rooms were clean, new, with balcony, very nice!
Antes de llegar, después de leer algunos comentarios no teníamos muchas expectativas... pero claramente las supero!!
La ubicación perfecta, centro centro, al lado de la playa y de los restaurantes. Además enfrente tenia un parking publico gratuito enorme.
La piscina de hotel muy agradable, pegaba el sol durante casi todo el día. Las habitaciones limpias, nuevas, con balcón, muy bien!!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed 8 days and the cleaning service was lousy: the bed was only made well one day, the sheets were never changed, the gels and towels were not replaced (I had to go down to reception several times to ask for them) and on several occasions we were left without towels. In addition, the dust and floors were never cleaned properly. For a 3 star hotel, the service received was totally unacceptable. I do not recommend it.
Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Estuve 8 días y el servicio de limpieza fue pésimo: la cama solo la hicieron bien un día, nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas, no reponían los geles ni las toallas (tuve que bajar varias veces a recepción a pedirlos) y en varias ocasiones nos dejaron sin toallas. Además, el polvo y el suelo nunca se limpiaron bien. Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, el servicio recibido fue totalmente inaceptable. No lo recomiendo.

- car park in front of the hotel, free, depending on the time you arrive it may be a bit hard to find car park but you always see someone with keys in hand...
- the work of the dining service, especially, I would like to mention Pablo, who took care of us very well all week.
- you also have the possibility to drink water at no cost, which is not a service offered in many hotels.
- the location, it is situated in a quite good area.
Como positivo quiero destacar:
- parking enfrente del hotel , gratuito, depende la hora que llegues te cuesta algo encontrar aparcamiento pero siempre ves alguien con las llaves en la mano...
- el trabajo de servicio de comedor , en especial , me gustaría nombrar a Pablo, nos atendió toda la semana muy bien.
- también tienes la posibilidad de beber agua sin coste , que en muchos hoteles no tienes ese servicio.
- la ubicación , está situado en una zona bastante buena
As negative:
- We stayed a week at this hotel, and we had Half Board, but there was no air conditioning at breakfast or dinner. They had some split units that didn't cool the dining room, so they had to keep the windows open...both guests and hotel staff were hot.
- The room cleaning...there were days when they weren't done completely (bathroom not cleaned, or towels...) and they started the service very early, interrupting rest hours.
Como negativo:
- nos alojamos una semana en este hotel, y teníamos régimen media pensión, pues tanto en el desayuno como en la cena , no había aire acondicionado, tenían unos Split , que no llegan a enfriar el comedor , y tenían que tener las ventanas abiertas ...tanto los huéspedes como el personal del hotel, pasados por calor...
- la limpieza de las habitaciones...había días que no estaban hechas del todo ( se dejaban en baño, o toallas...) y comienzan muy pronto el servicio , y te interrumpen las horas de descanso
