This apartment complex is located in a magnificent area, in front of the coast, just 50 meters from the beautiful beach. About five minutes walk you can find the fishing town of Arguineguin, and at the same distance there is also a public transport service. With the car you can reach the town of Puerto Rico in about five minutes. You can reach the airport in about 30 minutes by car. This apartment complex has nine floors with a total of 232 beautiful apartments. Inside the hotel there is also a nice restaurant and a bar. There are individual boxes to deposit money and valuables at the reception of the aparthotel with 24-hour service as well as a self-service laundry. You can park the vehicle in the hotel car park. The apartments are equipped with a living room, a bathroom, telephone direct line. In all there is a separate bedroom and a balcony with views of the sea and the garden (on the lower floors). We have pay TV with multiple and varied channels in different languages. The complex has heated swimming pools (in winter) for adults and children, and a large solarium with free sun beds and umbrellas. Very close to the pool is an electronic games room for the delight of children and adults. In the vicinity of the pool, children can enjoy a pleasant playground. The games are safe and decorated with bright colors. In the areas surrounding the swimming pools, various entertainment activities are carried out from morning to afternoon. "Sunset Grill" restaurant. In the morning a varied breakfast buffet is offered.
