Everything was great! Facilities, hotel staff in general. We stayed in a premium villa for adults, and it was truly worth it. Special mention to Joana, who was very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The adults-only area lacks a greater variety of snacks for between meals. Another thing we didn't like is that, being a hotel located in Spain, some receptionists don't speak Spanish. We also missed a restaurant closer to the premium area, although I think they're working on one.
Se echa en falta en la zona de adultos, más variedad de snacks para tomar entre horas.
Otra cosa que no nos gustó, es que siendo un hotel que se encuentra en España, haya alguna recepcionista que no sepa hablar en español.
También se echó en falta un restaurante que quede más cerca de la zona premium, aunque creo que están haciendo unos.

El personal es muy atento, en especial Carlos,Yeray y algún otro de cual no recuerdo el nombre. La gente del comedor y el bar de piscina de 10.
The truth is that for an all-inclusive they charge you for the towel change, the safe and other services. In addition in our room we had experience with some cockroaches and the sheets are changed every 4 days. Finally there is something a little unpleasant for non-French people and it is that first of all they seemed to be at a different level and on the other hand their personal entertainers participated in some activity to try to favor them.
La verdad es que para ser un todo incluido te cobran por el cambio de toalla, la caja fuerte y otros servicios. Además en concreto en nuestra habitación tuvimos experiencia con alguna cucaracha y las sabanas las cambian cada 4 días. Por último hay algo un poco desagradable para los no franceses y es que lo primero que parecían que estaban a un nivel diferente y por otra parte sus animadores personales participaron en alguna actividad para intentar favorecerlos.

Our experience at this hotel could not have been better. From the first moment the staff in general could not have been nicer and more pleasant with us. The accommodations are very cool, and the resort in general is great. Everything is very neat and very clean and with lots of services. You can use 4 different pools, there is medical service, bars.... We saw a couple of evening shows by the entertainment team and they couldn't have been better; they performed musicals with a level of authentic artists. The breakfast was spectacular. We just left and we already want to come back! Thank you for such a great experience!
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel no ha podido ser mejor. Desde el primer momento el personal en general no ha podido ser más simpático y agradable con nosotros. Los alojamientos son muy chulos, y el resort en general está genial. Todo muy cuidado y muy limpio y con muchísimos servicios. Puedes hacer uso de 4 piscinas diferentes, hay servicio médico, bares... Vimos un par de espectáculos nocturnos del equipo de animación y no podían ser mejores; representaron musicales con un nivel propio de auténticos artistas. El desayuno espectacular. Acabamos de irnos y ya queremos volver! Gracias por una experiencia tan buena!!
