8.3 Lyd8a Travelled with friends Booked on Amimir.com November 2023 Very good The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and renovated, although our view was terrible. The food is delicious, although limited for those with food intolerances.

El personal es muy amable y profesional. Habitaciones cómodas y renovadas, aunque la vista nuestra fue feísima. La comida rica aunque limitada para intolerancias alimentarias.

There are no gluten-free bread options. In the food area there was eggplant with cheese and a sign saying "lactose-free"; when I asked (just in case) I was told that since it had cheese, it did contain lactose (despite the sign and the fact that there are lactose-free cheeses). There is not a single dessert other than fruit as a gluten-free option - lactose-free, not one. The tablecloths in the dining room are not always cleaned and you find food remains from the people who used it before. The view from the room (first floor, odd number, building 4) overlooks a walkway with pipes, horrible.

No hay opciones de pan sin gluten. En la zona de comida había berengena con queso y un cartel de "sin lactosa", al preguntar (por si acaso) me dijeron que al llevar queso sí tenia lactosa (a pesar del cartel y de que existen quesos sin lactosa). No hay ni un postre que no sea fruta como opción sin gluten - sin lactosa, ni uno. Los manteles del comedor no siempre los limpian y encuentras restos de comida de las personas que lo usaron antes. Las vistas de la habitación (primer piso, impar, edificio 4) dan a una pasarela con tuberias, horroroso.
