This hotel is located on the north coast of Mallorca, near the Albufera, in the center of Can Picafort and just 20 meters from the beach. Opposite the hotel, guests will find a supermarket and a bus stop. A few meters away there are restaurants, bars and shops, and only 100 meters away from the first nightclubs. The hotel offers a wide variety of sports, including karate, kite-surfing, climbing, diving and canoeing. It also has a pool, a well-equipped gym and Wi-Fi.

The hotel's beach location is the best. The breakfast is quite varied. The pool has great furniture and hours.

The lack of air conditioning makes sleeping difficult due to the high temperatures and high humidity in the room. The shower in the bathroom did not have a screen and the water came out from all sides. We stayed in a triple room and for 3 people the room was a bit small.
Que no haya aire acondicionado hace que dormir se complique con las altas temperaturas y muchísima humedad en la habitación.
La ducha en el baño no tenia mampara y el agua se sale por todos los lados.
Fuimos en habitación triple y para 3, la habitación algo pequeña.

The workers are very good and helpful and the cleaners too, but the cleaning is very bad. They don't have time and they do it very sloppily. It's a shame!!! And please, air conditioning. The fans are not good!! I would love to come back, and greetings to Pedro and to our friend at night. The drinks and coffees are so good, it's a delight!!

Air conditioning is essential! And the cleaning of stairs and rooms is very bad and only the downstairs is kept in top condition. It should be mandatory on all 5 floors!!

Value for money. The swimming pool is very pleasant with good furniture. The breakfast was excellent.
Rapport qualité/prix. La piscine est très agréable avec du bon mobilier. Le petit déjeuné était excellent.
With half board, the evening meal is good but not very varied (no vegetables apart from starters for 5 days), namely that no drink is included, even water!
En demi pension, le repas du soir est bon mais peu varié (pas de légumes a part des entrées pendant 5 jours), a savoir que aucune boisson n’est comprise même de l’eau !

The room was excessively humid, without air conditioning and with a very noisy fan. They gave us the interior view and the landscape was ugly. The cocktails were very bad.
La habitación excesivamente húmeda, sin aire acondicionado y con un ventilador muy ruidoso. Nos dieron las vistas interiores y el paisaje era feo. Los cocteles muy malos.

We will stay for two nights. They didn't make our beds or change towels. We don't know when they do it. Dinner is very fair.
