Las habitaciones de la parte de atrás, muy ruidosas, era la zona de descarga del restaurante y te despertaba.

Newly renovated hotel opened in June. The location is quiet and away from the nightlife. It's across from the beach. There are some cafes nearby, but if you want atmosphere, you'll have to take the car and go to the nightlife area.

Beachfront hotel. Very friendly dining room staff: Alex Cristian and Esperanza were super helpful and always smiling. The cleanliness and facilities were spectacular. The magic show was brilliant, very entertaining.

The hotel is amazing, completely restored. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, it's definitely one of the two best. I don't think I can say anything negative about it. The room is very spacious, very well lit, the TV is huge, unlike any other hotel I've seen, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is great, spacious and very well lit, and has a very large shower. The meals are varied and very good. The best thing about the themed dinners are the ones, some with live music. The Spanish-themed dinners welcome you with live flamenco, a ham slicer, wine, Iberian cured meats, cheeses... absolutely amazing. But the best thing about the entire hotel is the staff. Everyone, from the receptionists, the cleaners, the waiters, the managers, are all very friendly, always welcoming and smiling. We all loved it. We will definitely come back.
El hotel es una pasada, todo entero restaurado, de todos los hoteles en los que he estado sin duda alguna es uno de los dos mejores. Creo que no puedo decir nada negativo del hotel, habitación muy amplia, muy bien iluminada, la televisión muy grande como en ningún otro hotel la he visto, las camas muy cómodas , el baño genial amplio y muy iluminado, una ducha muy grande, las comidas son muy variadas y muy buenas, lo mejor las cenas temáticas, algunas con recibimiento con música en vivo, la temática española te reciben con flamenco en vivo, un cortador de jamón, vino, embutidos ibéricos, quesos.... una auténtica pasada. Pero lo mejor de todo el hotel es el personal, son todos, desde los recepcionistas, las limpiadoras, los camarer@s, los encargados, toooodos son muy amables, siempre con buen agrado y una sonrisa, nos ha encantado a todos. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

Newly renovated hotel with Water Slides for children and adults alike. The beach is very close by, and there's plenty of car park. We stayed three nights, and honestly, it felt short. The pool area was clean, and there were no problems with sun loungers. The entertainment for both children and adults was very good, and the meals were excellent, with theme nights. I was lucky enough to get one of the Spanish nights, and the decor and dinners were really nice. The attention from the staff was very good and professional, and the entertainment staff were very dedicated to their work. I truly recommend it and hope to return soon.
Hotel recién reformado ,y con toboganes para disfrutar con niños y no tan niños.La playa bien cerca ,zona para aparcar. Hemos estado tres noches y la verdad se hizo corto. La zona de piscinas limpia y sin problemas de tumbonas . La animación tanto para niños como para adultos muy buena, las comidas muy buenas con noches temáticas ,tuve la suerte que me tocó una de las noches de España y la verdad que estuvo muy bien tanto la decoración como las cenas .La atención de los trabajadores muy buena y profesional los de animación muy entregados en su trabajo .La verdad que lo recomiendo y espero poder volver pronto.

Si de por sí todo nos encantó, aún mas el trato exquisito de todo el personal del hotel; limpiadoras, camareros, animadores, etc… Y agradecer, además, a Magdalena de Cafeteria su profesionalidad y simpatía.
Perhaps, to mention something we think could be improved, it's the entrance to the dining room. There were days when the hotel was packed, and lines formed as long as 30 minutes... but even so, the food was good and there was still time to spare. However, it could be better organized to avoid those lines.

Nada a destacar. Solo un comentario sobre la ubicacion, es perfecta al estar enfrente del mar y si tu intencion es no salir mucho del hotel porque no es la tipica playa con paseo maritimo, bares en el paseo... aunque eso lo puedes encontrar en Garrucha que esta justo al lado.
