Like all the hotels in the chain I've stayed at, it's a sure bet. Right next to the beach (which is fantastic), with a fantastic children's pool and a lovely, large regular pool. The activities for children and adults are a lot of fun, and the entertainers are wonderful. The buffet has a lot of variety; while the food isn't excellent, you can always find something to your liking. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable, with direct ocean views and are fully soundproofed (compared to the other rooms, not the terrace; the nightly show can be heard from the rooftop). The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. The entire staff, from the buffet staff to the receptionists, cleaning staff, and entertainers, is very professional and charming. I look forward to returning.

There's some damage to the bathroom door jambs, but it's not serious. In this particular hotel, it's quite difficult to get to the mini-club and children's pool. You have to take a thousand detours through the hotel/apartments/car park lot, or climb a hellish slope from the regular pool. I understand it's simply the way it's laid out and there's no solution, but they could make the slope a little less inhospitable (for example, with some shade, trees, or awnings).

Hay que dar mil rodeos por dentro del hotel/apartamentos/parking, o ir subiendo una cuesta infernal desde la piscina normal. Entiendo que es simplemente la forma en la que está distribuido y no tiene solución, pero podrían hacer la cuesta un poco menos inhóspita (por ejemplo con alguna sombra, árboles o toldos).
