The positive thing about all this is that the buffet is not bad, has a variety of things, and the room itself is large, (hangers, good pillows, has plenty of plugs) the cleaning ladies, left the room and bathroom very well. The entrance was nice, and the location of the hotel is the best, it is right in front of the beach.
Lo positivo de todo esto es que el bufet no esta mal, tiene cosas variadas, y la habitación en si es grande, (perchas, almohadas buenas, tiene bastantes enchufes) las mujeres de la limpieza, dejaban la habitación y el baño muy bien. La entrada era bonita, y la ubicación del hotel es lo mejor, esta justo enfrente la playa.

The noise from inside the hotel was mentioned to the woman at the reception desk.
We continued, the room... when we arrived after check-in it was open, what happened? The day after arriving, when we got up in the morning there were three of us, my partner, a COCKROACH and me... you can imagine the rest... we went running to the cleaning lady and to the reception. And they told us that of course we were on the first floor... if you know that it is not the first time that one sneaks in, you should take more precautions in those rooms, do not tell me that I am on the first floor, that I already know that...
Being on the first floor there is no place to hang towels or swimsuits that come wet from the beach ... so, what less to put a clothesline, as the other rooms have their terrace to leave wet clothes .... There is also no furniture in the bathroom to leave the cologne or deodorant and neither have the sign that is hooked on the door so that the cleaning staff can see if you can pass or not, at least the room 001 does not have it (I do not know if in general they have it, I did not see any in the entire annex building), and not having it happened when we were sleeping .... The pool is not very well cared for, it is small but not bad for taking pictures, but be careful with the stairs because the linner is a bit bulging and you can fall in, the water at 6 pm is cloudy (I saw that it was because people do not shower and put creams, but for that there is also a solution, purifier, or someone upstairs to "watch"). The artificial turf is not even close, very dirty. The cleanliness in that area is conspicuous by its absence.
El ruido en la planta baja del edificio anexo es insoportable, no duermes nada (cuando uno va a la playa es para descansar “se supone”) pues aquí no descansas, porque entre que escuchas a los que entran por la puerta, el ruido de dentro del edificio (la gente dando voces) y el de fuera (ya sean camiones, el servicio de limpieza con la máquina…) no descansas nada. Eso si, el ruido de dentro del hotel se comentó a la mujer de recepción.
Seguimos, la habitación… cuando llegamos de hacer el checkin estaba abierta, que pasó? Que al día siguiente de llegar, al levantarnos por la mañana éramos tres, mi pareja, una CUCARACHA y yo… ya os imagináis el resto.. fuimos corriendo a la de la limpieza y a recepción. Y nos dijeron que claro que estábamos en planta baja… si sabéis que no es la primera vez que se cuela una, deberíais de tomar más precauciones en esas habitaciones, no soltarme que estoy en planta baja, que eso ya lo se yo…
Al ser planta baja no tiene para colgar toallas ni bañadores que vengan mojados de la playa…asi que, que menos que poner un tendedero, ya que las demás habitaciones tienen su terraza para poder dejar la ropa mojada…. Tampoco hay ningún mueble en el baño para dejar la colonia o desodorante y tampoco tienen el cartel que se engancha en la puerta para que las de la limpieza puedan ver si se puede pasar o no, al menos la habitación 001 no lo tiene (no se si en general lo tienen, no vi ninguno en todo el edificio anexo), y al no tenerlo pasaron cuando estábamos durmiendo… La piscina la cuidan poco, es pequeña pero para hacer fotos no esta mal, eso si, cuidado con las escaleras porque el linner esta algo abombado y se puede caer uno, el agua a las 6 de la tarde esta turbia (ya vi que era porque la gente no se ducha y se echan cremas, pero para eso también hay solución, depuradora, o alguien arriba que “vigile”). El césped artificial ya ni te cuento, muy sucio. La limpieza en esa zona brilla por su ausencia.
