Excellent
The hotel was great given its location being next to the ski resort.
There were some trouble with the ski lifts on the first day, and we would not be compensated for not being able to use half of the slopes but that's another story.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the slopes and the shops to rent equipment. The hotel staff were very attentive; the heating failed and in less than 5 minutes of reporting it they were in the room fixing it. The food at the dinner buffet was a little limited in variety but of good quality, the breakfast was very good.
La ubicación del hotel inmejorable, a 1 minuto andando de la entrada a las pistas y a las tiendas para alquilar el equipo, el personal del hotel muy atento, nos falló la calefacción y en menos de 5 minutos de comunicarlo estaban en la habitación arreglandolo, la comida del buffet de cena un poco justa de variedad pero calidad buena, el desayuno muy bueno.
The only downside, and I have to mention one, was the variety of food at the dinner buffet. But everything else was great.

very close to the TGV lift in Masella...that's right, if you only go with a ski pass to Masella. or you have a Molina+Masella ski pass and from the 2nd day you go to Masella...IF IT'S NOT A ROLL!! .because on the 1st day they make you go to Molina, to the central office to look for the double ski pass for Moilina+Masella, which really breaks the roll because you have to park the car to go there and then come back. The thing is that when you book the hotel, a message on the website tells you that you will NOT have to park the car to go skiing, and so I took the Alp de Masella hotel...and the surprise comes when you receive the voucher and it tells you THAT YOU HAVE TO GO TO AMOLINA, CENTRAL OFFICE TO LOOK FOR THE DOUBLE SLIP

un altre tema, el forfait doble, el dissabte 17 , com feia mal temps i la connexio molina+masella no funciona, es clar no el pots aprofitar com a doble...i ales 9:25 vaig rebrer un email/sms dient a quina estacio volia skiar i q em poses en contacte en esquiades q m enviarien un nou presupost segons el q escollis...en fi la intencio es bona pero es poc operatuva....pq ves a saber el temps q triagaras en tenir el nou presupost...aixi q vaig decidir agafar el forfait doble ja pagat.....

The location is perfect and the facilities for going with children are great (common spaces, entertainment at night and the disco).

It is great to go skiing in La Masella with children. You are directly on the slopes and they make plans during the afternoon and evening for them. They have a blast!
