The room was very spacious
Do quarto que era muito espaçoso
From the hotel staff, especially the lady who was at the reception in the morning. Rude and unfriendly. The check in went very badly, they didn't give us bus passes, so we had extraordinary expenses when we didn't need them. Terrible location for those going on ski holidays as it is far from the transport that takes us to the resorts. Very poor room cleaning. No shower gel for two days.
Do staff do hotel, principalmente da senhora que estava de manhã na recepção. Mal educada e antipática.
O check in correu muito mal, não nos deram os passes do bus, logo tivemos despesas extraordinárias quando não precisávamos.
Localização péssima para quem vai de férias de ski pois está longe dos transportes que nos levam as estâncias.
Limpeza dos quartos muito fraca. Sem gel de banho durante dois dias.
