About the accommodation

This fantastic new apartment complex in the center of Icod is at an altitude of 340 m above sea level. The resort of Puerto de la Cruz is located about 20 km from the aparthotel and San Marcos Beach is just 2.5 km. Wind Cave is 3 km away and Drago Millennium Park is approximately 2 km away. The Reina Sofia-Tenerife Sur airport is about 70 km away and Tenerife North-Los Rodeos airport is 50 km. The complex features a typical Canarian interior patio, a huge terrace overlooking the sea and lift. The building, renovated in 2010, offers a total of 42 accommodations with various facilities. There is car park and car park in the basement. Facilities include a lobby, café, bar, restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. All rooms and apartments have a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and satellite TV. The apartments also have a full kitchen. some of them have a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea.
