This attractive luxury hotel is located on a small hill, on Playa de Palma and 15 kilometres from Palma. The beach is 400 meters away and the center is half a kilometre away. Near the hotel, about 200 meters away, there are restaurants, shops, shops, bars and clubs. Public transport is 150 meters away and the nearest golf course is seven kilometres away. This spa hotel, built in 2004, has a three-story main building and another annex with the same number of floors, totaling 133 suites. The hotel has a reception area with a lift and a cafeteria. The reception is open 24 hours a day and offers a safe and currency exchange service. It also has a bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs for children. At your disposal is the Internet terminal (paying fees) with WiFi connection throughout the hotel, laundry service, room and medical care, a basement for bicycles and parking. Das Servicepersonal, vor allem im Restaurant und an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig und hat mir gut geschmeckt.

On the first day after the 4-week break, I checked in before 2 p.m. The room was very cold, including that of my neighbors. First, the air conditioning didn't work. The spa area, which is even explicitly mentioned and advertised in the hotel name, was not yet usable at 1:30 p.m. because the large indoor pool (and also some other small pools) was very dirty. The problem was blamed on the fact that it had previously been closed for 4 weeks. That's exactly the problem: when I open everything has to be in order again!!! For ecological reasons, the sauna opened on December 22nd. It wasn't until 4 p.m., which is why many guests complained, including many regulars. The ice grotto was not in use until the end of my stay. I doubt whether the water analyzes are correct. The water temperature in the outdoor pool was regularly reported as 22 degrees, which was definitely not true as it was a maximum of 18 degrees. In the room itself I had a silverfish on my bed, and the day before there was a little animal on the floor next to the bed, where I'm not sure what it was. Oh yes; An earthworm was suddenly next to the bed, no idea where it came from. Of course I spoke to management about it. The lady apologized, but what should I do with it? I paid over 150 euros per night and that is clearly too much for the long list of defects.

Am ersten Tag nach der 4wöchigen Pause checkte ich vor 14 Uhr ein. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt, auch das meiner Nachbarn. Zunächst funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Der Spabereich, welcher ja sogar in der Hotel bezeichnung explizit erwähnt und mit dem geworben wird, war 13.30 Uhr noch nicht nutzbar, da der große Indoorpool (und auch einige andere kleine Pools) stark verschmutzt war. Das Problem wurde darauf geschoben, dass vorher 4 Wochen geschlossen war. Genau das ist das Problem: wenn ich eröffne, muss alles wieder in Ordnung sein!!! Aus ökologischen Gründen öffnete die Sauna am 22.12. erst 16 Uhr, weshalb sich viele Gäste beschwert haben, darunter viele Stammgäste. Bis zum Ende meines Aufenthaltes war die Eisgrotte nicht in Betrieb. Ob die Wasseranalysen stimmen, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Die Wassertemperatur des Outdoorpools wurde regelmäßig mit 22 Grad angegeben, was definitiv nicht stimmte, da es maximal 18 Grad waren. Im Zimmer selbst hatte ich auf meinem Bett ein Silberfischchen, am Tag zuvor ein Tierchen am Boden neben dem Bett, wo ich nicht sicher bin, was es war. Ach ja; ein Regenwurm war plötzlich auch neben dem Bett, keine Ahnung, wo der hergekommen war. Ich habe selbstverständlich mit dem Management darüber gesprochen. Die Dame hat sich entschuldigt, aber was soll ich damit anfangen? Ich habe pro Nacht über 150 Euro bezahlt und das ist für die lange Liste der Mängel deutlich zu viel.
