3.4 Sonia Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com August 2025 Basic The positive thing is that there were always hammocks by the pool. The garden was well-maintained.

The hotel is very run-down, the rooms are still there, but the bathtub is horrible! The pool, which is the first thing you see in the photos, looks one thing, and then it's another (it needs a ton of tiles, plus the walls need a good cleaning). The floor surrounding the pool has been lifted and is in poor condition; it's cement turned into dirt, so you can walk on it. Not to mention one employee (the rest were friendly) on the day of arrival, my flight was late. I called the hotel half an hour before the dining room closed to inform them and suggest they save some food for the children. Well, he picked up the phone and told me to call him back in a few minutes, which I did. After that, he didn't pick up. But the best part is now. When I arrived, I mentioned this to him, and he spoke to me terribly, with a very haughty and ironic attitude, daring to say that I had called him after the dining room closed. It must be said that the hotel doesn't have a service to save cold drinks for these situations. Lots of foreigners and lots of glasses around the pool.

Hotel muy deteriorado, las habitaciones aún pero la bañera horrible! La piscina que es lo primero que se ve en las fotos parece una cosa y después es otra( le faltan infinidad de racholitas además de una buena limpieza de las paredes). El suelo que rodea la piscina se ha levantado y está en mal estado, es cemento convertido en tierra dectanto pisar. Por no hablar de un empleado,( el resto era amable) el día de llegada el vuelo llego tarde, llamé al hotel media hora antes del cierre de comedor para informar y proponer que guardaran algo de comer para los niños,pues bién, me cogio el teléfono y me sijo que le llamara en unos minutos y eso hice, después no me cogió. Pero lo bueno viene ahora, al llegar le comente esto y me habló fatal, con una actitud muy altiba e irónica, atreviéndose a decir que lo había llamado más tarde de lo cierra el comedor. Hay que decir que el hotel no dispone del servicio para poder guardar algo frío en estos casos. Mucho extranjero y muchos vasos alrededor de la piscina.
