This attractive apartment complex is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and still is a very quiet resort, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is 50 m from the sandy beach and the nearest public transport and is close to the seafront, with its restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is 400 meters from the famous Playa Grande and is just 10 minutes drive from Lanzarote Airport. This small resort is family run and was recently renovated. It comprises a total of 33 apartments spread over 2 floors, as well as a garden and terrace. The apartments are grouped around the pool and garden area and facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area, a cafe and Internet access. The apartments are decorated in a comfortable and practical style. Have a double bed, dining room, fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and stove, and a private bathroom with shower / tub and hairdryer kitchen.
