The apartments are located on top of a hill, in the area of Puerto del Carmen. It is just 50 meters from the beach of Puerto del Carmen and is located on an avenue that includes most of the amenities of the area, nightclubs, restaurants and shops. It is also just 10 minutes from Timanfaya National Park and 15 minutes from the idyllic sandy beaches in Papagayo. The capital of the island, Arrecife, is about 6 kilometres away, while Lanzarote Airport is approximately 15 kilometres. This apartment was renovated in 2010 and features 142 apartments spread over four floors and in gardens with local flora. Besides reception with all services, facilities available to guests at this establishment include lift access and bar and restaurant and Internet access in public areas. There is a bicycle storage and bike rental service. Younger guests will enjoy the playground. In addition to a private bathroom with tub and shower, other amenities include satellite / cable TV, kitchen with refrigerator / freezer and coffee / tea makers. Other standard features in all accommodation are safe and terrace. There is an outdoor pool in the hotel grounds with children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. A waterside loungers and parasols. Guests can sunbathe on the magnificent sun terrace of the establishment.
