About the accommodation

These apartments are nestled in the heart of Albaicín, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1989. The apartments are an oasis of calm, just steps from the historic center and in the urban heart. They are surrounded by a restricted traffic area ensuring a peaceful, quiet and relaxed. The resort is a 5-minute walk, as is the beach and Granada Cathedral and Royal Chapel. The Alhambra is approximately 1 km away and is 2 km from Science Park. The ski region of Sierra Nevada is a 30 minute drive. These 7 peaceful urban apartments suitable for families, were renewed in 2010 and have 2 terraces with views of the Alhambra. One of the complex's terraces is built on a wall and tower of XI century. The other terrace has a cooling system using water spray. The central patio and some of the apartments incorporate parts of the ancient defensive walls of the city. Facilities available to guests include air conditioning and 2 car parks. Each apartment has a sleeping area and living / dining room with a kitchenette. All they come with a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They are equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite / cable TV, Internet access and safe. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave and coffee / tea makers, and all offer air conditioning and heating as standard. Some studios also have a small private balcony. Guests can use the owner's swimming pool nearby, upon request, during certain hours in the summer season. They can also relax on the terrace. Breakfast is served to guests each day.
