This complex is located 1 km from a beautiful beach. About 800 m away is the lively center of the city of Puerto Rico, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops and public transport. Renovated in 2006, it consists of a main building with five floors and there is a block with 46 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with. In which it provides a safe, currency exchange and a lift.
