7.3 Marcos Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com August 2024 Good The stay itself was very good, once you get to know the complex you can move around it easily, free of bugs, clean pool with lifeguard and the water was not cold enough to put the babies in. The apartment's terrace was also spacious and the apartment was well equipped.

La estancia en sí, muy buena, una vez que conoces el complejo te mueves fácil por el, libre de bichos, piscina limpita con socorrista y el agua no estaba fría para meter a los bebés. Terraza del apartamento amplia también y el apartamento bien equipado.

The only downside was that since I have a baby, they couldn't guarantee that I could have a cot and they put a standard phone number in the booking. Answering machine so you could dial 1 to speak in Portuguese, 2 for English and 3 for Spanish but none of the 3 options worked and they hung up on you, trying until 2 days before the stay, calling home for a while and nothing. Advice: change the number and make communication easier because even when sending an email they reply that they can't guarantee 100% that they can put the cot because it was subject to availability and they advised me to bring a playpen, which is what I did. When I got there they told me that yes, since it appeared that I have a baby, the apartment had already prepared the cot and I could have saved myself that since it's one more piece of luggage in the car. A fan or air conditioning is needed in this heat. I brought my own so I could sleep and the pillows were very large cushions and when I asked for a normal one and the cleaning service was not there on the weekend, they did not give it to me. They were able to give it to me. For the rest, everything was fine.

La pega en si ha sido que como tengo un bebé no me aseguraban que pudiera tener cuna y han puesto un teléfono en la reserva tipo. Contestador para que marqués 1 para hablar en Portugués, 2 para en Inglés y 3 para Español pero ninguna de las 3 opciones servía y te colgaban así intentándolo hasta 2 días antes de la estancia llamamdo a casa rato y nada. Consejo cambien el número y faciliten la comunicación ya que aún mandando imail me contestan que no me aseguran al 100% que puedan poner la cuna porque era bajo disponibilidad y me aconsejaban llevar un parque cuna que fue lo que he hecho y al llegar allí me dicen que si que como aparecían que tengo bebe que si que ya tenía preparado el apartamento la cuna y me lo podía haber ahorrado ya que es un bulto más en el coche. Un ventilador o aire aconcionado con estos calores se hecha de menos, yo llevé el mío para poder dormir y las almohadas eran cojines muy grandes y al solicitar una normal y no estar el servicio de limpieza el finde de semana no me la. Pudieron dar. Por lo demás todo bien.
