In principle, it is a 4-star hotel, but in many aspects, they fall short. Let's start with the room cleanliness, which is limited to making the bed, not even a mop in the bathroom or arranging the cushions. They also didn't refill the toiletries until we complained on the second night, very poor attention in this regard.
Regarding the food, I am not a picky person, but I must say it was not worth it. Overcooked dishes, live cooking only available early in the morning, excessive reuse of leftovers from previous days (understandable, but excessive), limited variety, and insufficient dining staff.
As for the drinks, they are nothing short of rubbing alcohol, I ordered a cocktail on the first day and never ordered anything with alcohol again.
In terms of schedules, they are excessively focused on the international public. The pool was only open until 6:30 pm and the pool bar closed much earlier.
The entertainment was quite poor and ended at 10:00 pm, too early compared to most hotels.
We will definitely not return to this hotel.
En principio es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero para muchas cosas brillan por su ausencia. Empecemos por la limpieza de la habitación, que se limita a hacer la cama, ni siquiera una fregona al baño o colocar los cojines. Tampoco rellenaron los geles hasta que a la segunda noche nos quejamos, una pésima atención a este respecto.
Con respecto a la comida, no soy una persona delicada, pero he de decir que no merecía mucho la pena. Cocciones pasadas, cocina en vivo solo existente a primera hora, reutilización excesiva de lo sobrante de días anteriores (comprensible, pero excesivo), poca variedad y personal de sala insuficiente.
Con respecto a las bebidas, decir que son poco menos que alcohol de quemar, pedí un cocktail el primer día y jamás volví a pedir nada con alcohol.
En relación a los horarios, excesivamente centrados en el público internacional. La piscina solo estaba hasta las 18.30 y el bar de la piscina cerraba mucho antes.
El entretenimiento era bastante pobre y terminaba a las 22.00, demasiado pronto para lo visto en la mayoría de hoteles.
Sin duda, no repetiremos este hotel.
