Very good
Attentive and friendly staff. The room is quite spacious and has a small kitchen and fridge. The bathroom is quite spacious as well.
Personal atento y amable. La habitación es bastante amplia además de contar con una pequeña cocina y frigo. Cuarto de baño bastante amplio también.
Our shower screen was broken and it was torture to take a shower without all the water coming out. We thought it was like that, that it had that opening to get in and out but the day we were leaving we realized that it was not, that it was broken and had not been fixed. There was a lack of entertainment in the evenings (I think there is only music one or two nights a week) since we are not all there on the same days. The food, being buffet, is acceptable, maybe a little bit scarce, but it is a buffet. As for the all-inclusive snacks between meals, the truth is that there was very little variety, only sandwich and croissant. The TV remote control did not work either and we had to keep getting up. The sofa bed was sunken in the center and even if you put yourself in a corner, you ended up in the center because of the sinking. The meal times are made for foreigners, and in the end it is us Spaniards who have to adapt to them (I think they should be more compensated).
La mampara de nuestra ducha estaba rota y era una tortura ducharse sin que se saliese todo el agua. Pensábamos que era así, que tenía esa abertura para entrar y salir pero el dia que nos íbamos nos dimos cuenta de que no, de que estaba rota y no la habían arreglado. Faltó animación por las noches (creo que solo hay música una o dos noches a la semana) ya que no todos estamos los mismos días. La comida al ser buffet pues está aceptable, quizás un buffet un poquito escaso pero bueno, es buffet. En cuanto a los snack del todo incluido entre horas la verdad que poquísima variedad, solo sándwich y croissant. El mando de la TV tampoco funcionaba y teníamos que estar levantándonos. El sofá cama estaba hundido en el centro y aunque te pusieses en una esquina, terminabas en el centro por el hundimiento. Los horarios de las comidas están hechos para los extranjeros, y al final somos nosotros los españoles los que tenemos que adaptarnos a ellos (creo que deberían de estar más compensados).

El personal, eficiente y amable a más no poder, tanto en recepción como en bar y restaurante
The buffet, somewhat poor, little variety. And the drinks in the all-inclusive catalog, where only the beer was of recognizable brands.
El bufet, un tanto pobre, poca variedad. Y las bebidas en el catálogo de todo incluido, donde solo la cerveza era de marcas reconocibles.

The room was great, very spacious and clean. Very friendly staff and excellent location.
La habitación estaba genial, muy amplia y limpia. El personal muy amable y excelente ubicación.
The food could have been a little better. We understand that in an all-inclusive buffet the costs have to be looked at a lot but with the same cost there could be a little more variety. The hotel entertainment was a little "fair". The jacuzzi works only at the times they schedule it, you can not enjoy it when you want and when they activate it is always full with the same people as always ....
La comida podía ser un poco mejor. Entendemos que en un buffet de todo incluido los costes hay que mirarlos mucho pero con el mismo coste podría haber algo más de variedad. La animación del hotel un poco "justita". El jacuzzi funciona solo a las horas que ellos lo programan, no se puede disfrutar de él cuando quieres y cuando lo activan siempre está lleno con la misma gente de siempre...

The attention of the staff and the entertainers, the hotel has been recently refurbished, clean and well kept in general, good facilities.
