The building is divided into 5 floors with 2 lifts. The complex was renovated in 2011, it has 140 apartments, 130 of which are singles and 10 are doubles. Facilities include a lobby with output and 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange, a cloakroom and a newspaper stand. Games room, cafe, bar, disco, restaurant and Internet access is also available. The apartments consist of living room / kitchen, bedroom, private bathroom with shower and private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and crockery while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. All units come with a direct dial telephone, flat screen TV, Internet access and hire safe (fee). Facilities include two heated outdoor pool with garden, terrace and pool bar, sun loungers and parasols available to guests. Guests can relax with a good massage or enjoy a game of billiards / snooker (both activities for a fee). For an additional fee you can also rent loungers on the sandy beach.
