This new apartment building is located in the center of Nerja, a few minutes walk from the famous "Balcony of Europe", as well as the Salon and Calahonda beaches. Nearby you will find several bars and restaurants. Built in 2000, the complex offers 4 apartments comprising 1 and 2 double bedrooms spread over 3 floors. The apartments have high quality furnishings and attractive décor to ensure a pleasant stay possible. All have 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom with hairdryer, fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, etc. kitchen and a spacious living room with TV and sofa bed with capacity to accommodate 1 or 2 more people. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms and lounge. The apartments also offer coffee and tea making facilities, washing machine, ironing set, king-size bed and a balcony or terrace.
