Very disappointed with the resort, I went in May and during the week…. I don't want to think that it will be in August :((, to highlight something positive... the room is not bad, the best is the terrace (a shame that my views were the public car park). The design of the hotel is amazing and a spectacle... But I will not return, nor will we rest, stress from sleeping badly, stress at meal times, stress from needing clean towels and not having them for two WHOLE days!!! If you are looking for relaxation, this is not your hotel!
Mucha decepción con el resort , fui en Mayo y entre semana …. No quiero pensar que será en Agosto :(( , a resaltar algo positivo … la habitación no está mal , lo mejor la terraza ( una pena que mis vistas fueran el parking público ). El diseño del hotel es alucinante y un espectáculo …. Pero no volveré , ni descansamos , stress al dormir mal , stress en las horas de comida , stress por necesitar toallas limpias y no tener en dos días ENTEROS!!! Si buscas relax este no es tu hotel !

Very poor organization at lunch/dinner, endless lines inside the restaurant (30 min) to get to food...having to go to the salad area to have something to eat! Only one tray of each food ran out, so people were left waiting for replacements and the line was collapsing. Of three restaurants, only 1 had opened in the hotel, in the beach club only pizzas, hamburgers and salads. Of three days they only made my room 1 day and at 5 in the afternoon. The all-inclusive does not include water or snacks... you practically have to pay again for everything. The rooms face the sea side, it is not the side, it is the car park lot with the consequent noise of buses, loading and unloading, etc. The gaming area should make it clear in the hotel descriptions when you reserve that it does NOT open until July and closes in August. Honestly quality price “it's not worth paying approx €250/day for me. “and it was the cheapest place. We will not return to this hotel.
Muy mala organización en las comidas/cenas , colas interminables dentro del restaurante ( 30 min ) para llegar a alimentos …teniendo que recurrir a la zona de ensaladas para poder cenar algo ! Una sola bandeja de cada alimento que se acaba por lo que la gente se quedaba esperando reposición y se colapsaba la cola. De tres restaurantes solo había abierto 1 en el hotel , en el beach club solo pizzas , hamburguesas y ensaladas .De tres días solo me hicieron la habitación 1 día y a las 5 de la tarde. El todo incluido no incluye ni agua , ni snacks… prácticamente hay que pagar de nuevo por todo. Las habitaciones vist lateral al mar no es lateral es al parking con el consiguiente ruido de autobuses , carga y descarga etc. La zona gaming deberían dejar claro en las descripciones de hotel cuando reservas que NO abre hasta Julio y cierra en Agosto.
Sinceramente calidad precio “ no me merece la pena pagar 250€/día aprox. “ y era el sitio más económico .
No volveremos a este hotel .

The pillows were very hard to sleep on, the elevators were sometimes slow... everything else was fine.

The New Year's Eve dinner and the attention of the staff was excellent.
La cena de fin de año y la atención del personal fue excelente.
The buffet was too crowded and there was no control in relation to the pandemic. Customers were crowded together in queues. There was a lack of staff to organize the service a little.
