Sunset Beach Club

Friendly staff, nice and clean hotel. The boyds gym staff were very friendly and helpful and was one of the parts of the hotel i enjoyed the most. The kids club was great fun and friendly staff.

The games room was outdated, many of the kids little ride machines didnt work when you out a euro in and there were no signs to say out of order and despite telling the staff member they werent working, signs didnt go up to say they were broken. I lost at least 4 euros in these ride machines. The staff would speak Spanish amongst themselves which is fine but as i understand Spanish living in Gibraltar and spain for many years it was quite rude for some staff and cleaners to out loud complain about the people theybwere serving in Spanish in the thought they wouldn't understand them. The convience shop prices were through the roof! I understand its a convience shop and it will be a little more pricer but on the first day i bought some ham, cheese, bread, crisps, 6 bottles of water, a fanta lemon 1.5ltr, some chocolate, cereal, milk and a few other little bits and the bills for that was 60 euros lol. Mini disco and kids entertainment on at 8.30/9pm, my child is 4 and it was hard to benefit from this entertainment because it felt really late to have entertainment for children. I understand they are on holiday but by 9pm she would of been fast asleep.

No había gel ni champú en cuarto de baño.

Nos dieron una habitación muy grande. Vistas espectaculares.

Sofá cama muy incómodo.El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido horrible que incluso dentro de la habitación se escuchaba con la ventana cerrada .

El bufet nos cobraron 19€ por adulto y9€ por niño y no cenamos era catastrófico y dentro del apartamento corrían las hormigas por todos sitios
