N/A Papy Th Travelled solo Booked on Amimir.com June 2022 This is INADMISSIBLE, our reservation was sent to us in French and the general conditions in SPANISH!!!!. We don't understand written Spanish!!!!! Suddenly, we arrived with our little dog, yorkshire 4kg, in his carrying bag. We were very well received by the receptionist in place, we took possession of the room and went upstairs with our luggage. It was on our way down to town that we were stopped by a different person at the reception, who insistently asked us to leave the hotel, OR LEAVE OUR COMPANION in the car...... with 32 degrees outside!!!!!!! I expressed my distress, I was told to turn against "amimir" and that they themselves were ready to testify to our good faith. I assume my shortcomings in Spanish, I expect you to recognize my good faith by a BIG commercial gesture, including in the form of a credit note to be used at "amiimir.com"

C'est INADMISSIBLE, notre réservation nous a été transmise en français et les conditions générales en ESPAGNOL !!!!. Nous ne comprenons l'espagnol écrit !!!!! Du coup, nous sommes arrivés avec notre petit chien, york shire 4kg ,dans son sac de transport . Nous avons été très bien reçu par le réceptionniste en place, nous avons pris possession de la chambre et nous sommes montés avec nos bagages. C'est en descendant pour aller en ville, que nous avons été interpellé par une personne différente à l'accueil, qui nous a demandé avec insistance de quitter l'hôtel, OU DE LAISSER NOTRE COMPAGNON dans la voiture......avec 32 degrés à l'extérieur !!!!!!! J'ai exprimé mon désarroi, il m'a été répondu de me retourner contre "amimir" et que eux même étaient prêts à témoigner de notre bonne foi. J'assume mes lacunes en espagnol, j'attends que vous reconnaissez ma bonne foi par un GROS geste commercial, y compris sous forme d'un avoir à utiliser chez "amiimir.com"
