The house is located in a small quiet and secluded neighborhood, no service area, 4 km from La Vega de Sta. Maria (Ávila), 5 km from the junction of the road from Avila to Valladolid, 6 km from Velayos ( Ávila), about 22 km from Avila and about 118 km from Madrid. This property was renovated in 2009, is a small cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room divided into 2 levels. The lower level has stone walls and a fireplace, while the lounge is upstairs. The premises are fully landscaped and has a barbecue. The ceiling beams and floor boards, patio and porch are wooden. The bathrooms are also in wood. There are modern touches in the decor, as interior railings in stainless steel or kitchen. The lounge is decorated with walnut furniture more than 100 years old. Car Park is available. The bathrooms have a shower and bathtub. There are also TV, stove, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee / tea maker, washing machine and ironing set. In addition it has central heating and a balcony or terrace. The house has a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. You can also use the hot tub and sauna (for a fee) and spa treatments are available (for a fee). Golf enthusiasts will find the nearest course (fee) about 6 km in La Almarza.
