The resort enjoys an excellent location, 4 minutes walk from Levante Beach and 5 minutes from the old town of Benidorm. The building is surrounded by bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping centers. Just outside the hotel you will find public transport. The complex consists of a block of 38 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, spread across 13 floors. The apartment is located in an area with gardens. Guests can leave their car in a secure garage (surcharge). Facilities include a lobby, lift access to the upper floors and a games room. The 1 bedroom for up to 3 people, has a bedroom with twin beds and a sofa in the living room. 2 bedroom apartments for up to 5 people, come with two beds per room and a sofa in the living room. The apartments are equipped with kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee / tea making facilities, crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. All apartments come with a terrace facing the sea. They have their own bathroom with shower and bathtub. Also they feature a hire safe, satellite TV, telephone and heating. There are pools for adults and children, as well as a games room available to guests. They can relax on the terrace. Loungers and parasols are also provided on the sandy beach nearby (surcharge). Drive along the coastal highway AP7, should take exit 65 (Benidorm / Levante), then go straight until you reach the roundabout where Avenida de Europa, straight starts and 400 m before reaching the sea and the right is Ibiza Street where the apartment building.
