8.3 Superffp Traveled solo Booked on Amimir.com July 2024 Very good The hotel is fine but I probably wouldn't give it a 4 star Superior rating as the entertainment is almost non-existent and something happened to us that we never thought would happen to us; we had booked for 12 nights and after a week there, my partner woke up with loads of bites, we looked through the sheets and found (to our surprise) bedbugs, yes, yes, bedbugs, so we had to go to the emergency room to get him pricked and get some cream. They changed our room and gave us free car park for the days we had left but the situation my partner had was very unpleasant. Even so, I have to say that the waiters are lovely, the food is fabulous and the pool is very nice, you never run out of space despite there being a lot of people.

El hotel está bien pero quizás yo no le daría la categoría de 4 estrellas Superior ya que la animación es casi nula y nos ocurrió algo que nunca pensábamos que nos iba a suceder; teníamos reservado 12 noches, y cuando llevábamos allí una semana, mi pareja se levantó con muchísimas picaduras, miramos por las sábanas de la cama y nos encontramos (con toda nuestra sorpresa) chinches, sí, sí, chinches, así que tuvimos que ir a urgencias para que le pinchasen y le mandasen una crema. Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos regalaron el parking para los días que nos quedaban pero la situación que tuvo mi pareja fue muy desagradable. Aún así tengo que decir que los camareros son adorables, la comida fabulosa y la piscina está muy bien, nunca te quedas sin hueco a pesar de haber mucha gente
