Everything in general. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Old furniture. The photos have nothing to do with reality, for example a small pool, ridiculous rooms, 105cm beds, 24 inch TV, wardrobe for one person, disabled air conditioning… you are forced to pay 3 euros extra for meals and dinners, therefore 6 euros more per day if you order a bottle of water. Let's not forget the car park, 18 euros per day, outrageous. And if you have small children, they have a play area next to the dining room, which you better not take the child with because it is unhygienic. It has two broken toys, a carpet in very bad condition, in general a mess. Another point, only 20 hammocks in the pool for the whole hotel and a mojito costs 9 euros, crazy. More important things, the food for the children was terrible, the purées were awful and if they brought out a tray of meatballs and it ran out, they didn't replace them. The same thing happened with some clams. They bring out a tray for the first ones to arrive.. Regarding the location, the hotel is on a slope and has no access for baby strollers to the pool and to get to the pool there is also a mezzanine between 0 and 1 with stairs and if you come back from the beach, that's the end of it. Summary: 1000 euros for 4 nights and 5 days thrown away. UNCOMFORTABLE hotel
Todo en general. Este no es un hotel 4 estrellas en nada. Mobiliario viejo. Las fotos nada que ver con la realidad, ejemplo piscina pequeña, habitaciones ridículas, camas de 105, televisión 24 pulgadas, armario para una persona, aire acondicionado capado… te ves obligado a pagar 3 euros extras en las comidas y cenas por lo tanto al día 6 euros más si pides una botella de agua. No nos olvidemos del parking 18 euros el día una salvajada. Y si llevas niños pequeños tienen una zona de juegos al lado del comedor que mejor que ni lleves al niño porque es antihigiénico. Tiene dos juguetes reventados una alfombra en muy mal estado, en general una guarrería. Otro punto solo 20 hamacas en la piscina para todo el hotel y un mojito 9 euros, de locos. Más cosas importantes comida para los niños fatal, los purés malísimos y si sacaban una bandeja de albóndigas y se acababa ya no reponían. Lo mismo pasó con unas almejas. Sacan una bandeja para los primeros que lleguen. Sobre la ubicación, hotel en cuesta y no tiene acceso para carritos de bebés por la piscina y para salir a la piscina también en entreplanta entre el 0 y el 1 con escaleras y si vienes cargado de la playa eso ya el remate. Resumen 1000 euros por 4 noches y 5 días tirados a la basura. Hotel INCOMODO

The hotel is quite close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I thought the buffet dishes were generally quite good, especially the desserts.

The pool is very small. Some guests reserve the few sunbeds there are and the hotel does nothing to improve this, since it is a pool rule I think they should control it. There are few sunbeds and there are always selfish people reserving them for you.
La piscina es muy pequeña. Algunos huéspedes se reservan las pocas tumbonas que hay y el hotel no hace nada para mejorar esto, ya que es una norma de la piscina creo que deberían controlarlo. Hay pocas tumbonas y siempre hay personas egoístas que se las reservan.
