This apartment is located in the Rincon de Loix, 380 m from Levante Beach. Nearby are many restaurants, bars and shops; also the center of Benidorm and its old town are just 35 minutes away (2.5 km). A 100 m of the complex you can find public transport. This 18-storey apartment hotel was renovated in 2007, it comprises a total of 69 apartments between 1 and 2 bedrooms and 2 studios. It has a lobby with 24-hour reception and 2 lifts, and also no parking from which you can use to availability and upon payment of a fee. The apartments, recently refurbished, feature a separate kitchen with hob and oven, refrigerator, coffee / tea maker, ironing set, sink and utensils. In addition, they have their own bathroom and living room, satellite TV, safe (fee) and terrace. All apartments come with twin beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. The studios have a small bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The complex has outdoor swimming pool for adults with children's swimming section. In the vicinity are many sporting and leisure activities. The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.
