The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the room and the beds, which were very comfortable. There was a television and it worked properly. The people at the hotel answered any questions we had and asked us how we were, if everything was okay, etc. Regarding the neighborhood where the hotel is located, it was noticeable that it was the rich part of the city of Madrid.
L'hotel estava molt net i el servei era exel·lent, voldria destacar la neteja de l'habitació i els llits, que eren molt còmodes. Hi havia una televisió i funcionava correctament.
La gent de l'hotel responien qualsevol dubte que tinguéssim i ens preguntaven per com estàvem, si estava tot bé, etc.
Pel que fa al barri on està ubicat l'hotel, es notava que era la part rica de la ciutat de Madrid.
The room faced a wall and we could only see the top of the iberia building. The hotel is quite far from everything, and coming from Atocha, if you walk, you can get quite tired. It is also true that there are metro stations very close and there is a good combination to go to the center of Madrid. You are close to Diego de León or Avenida de América to go downtown.
L'habitació tenia vistes a una paret i només vèiem la part superior de l'edifici d'iberia. L'hotel està bastant lluny de tot, i venint d'Atocha, si ho fas caminant, et pots cansar bastant. També és cert que hi ha boques de metro molt a prop i hi ha bona combinació per anar fins al centre de Madrid. Tens a prop Diego de León o Avenida de América per anar al centre.
