Located in a privileged environment, the location of the hostel can enjoy the tourist sites, with all the cultural and gastronomic activities offered by Madrid Centro. The Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, El Barrio de Las Letras and the Royal Palace are a few minutes walk. It offers breakfast on request. The rooms all have private bathrooms and daily cleaning. They are equipped with everything needed to enjoy the stay. The hostel reception is at street level and is open 24 hours. The services offered by the hotel make the stay more comfortable in Madrid, book sightseeing tours, excursions, airport transfers, rent bikes, leaving luggage in booking flamenco shows or visits to the field of Real Madrid. The staff will be glad to help.

On the day of arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady. The room was exterior and even though we were on the first floor we were able to rest very well. The air conditioning worked super well. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The bathroom had everything you need. Everything was perfect!!
El día de llegada nos recibió una señora muy amable . La habitación era exterior y aunque estábamos en el primer piso pudimos descansar muy bien. El aire acondicionado funcionando super bien .El Colchón firme y comodo . Baño con todo lo necesario. Todo perfecto.!!
There is no bathroom at the reception and we were travelling in the afternoon. I asked to go to the toilet and it was not possible. I was asked to leave the room at 11, we had to rush out because my booking was from 11 to 12. I went downstairs without even combing my hair. The person at the reception told me that they set the time and the one in the booking does not count. PROBABLY THEY FORGOT.
No hay baño en recepción y viajábamos por la tarde . Pedí ir al aseo y no fue posible. Se me pidió que dejara la habitación a las 11 tuvimos que salir corriendo pues yo tenía en mi reserva de 11a 12 .Bajé hasta sin peinar. La persona de recepción me dijo que ellos ponen el horario y el de la reserva no cuenta. PROBABLEMENTE SE LES OLVIDÓ.
