The attitude and service of the breakfast waiter, very attentive and friendly. And the presentation of the buffet, exposition-like.

The advertised check-in time is 12:00h. When checking in, they say it is at 14:00, and when we arrived at 16:45, they told us that the room we had booked was not ready yet. They immediately offered us another room and apologized, even though the views were not as nice.
Se publicita la entrada a las 12.00. Al hacer el checkin indican que es a las 14.00, y al llegar a las 16.45 nos dicen que la habitación reservada no estaba preparada todavía. Enseguida nos ofrecieron otra junto a la disculpa, aunque las vistas no fueran tan bonitas.
