The farm is located right in Seminyak, only 800 m from Seminyak beach and approximately 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (about 8 km). The elegant estate is carefully decorated with an artistic blend of traditional Balinese style and Western comforts. Guests can enjoy the privacy of a luxurious Balinese villa with the facilities and service of a 4-star hotel. Consisting of a total of 30 rooms in 16 chalets, it is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour check-out service. Guests can make use of the TV lounge, dine in the dining room and take advantage of the convenient room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their car in the car park lot. All villas are spacious and well ventilated; they offer the best of Bali's relaxed lifestyle with all the modern comforts. They are set in their own tropical garden with terrace and feature a private swimming pool. The private bathrooms are equipped with shower/bathtub and the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The fully equipped kitchens have a refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. Other amenities included in each cottage are a washing machine, cable TV, Internet access, direct dial telephone, safe and stereo. Air conditioning is adjustable to ensure guests' comfort. Massages and various spa treatments are offered in the privacy of the chalets (subject to an extra charge).
