The room was great, 406 — no noise at all, the large window was very well insulated, perfect for resting after a busy day. Very good, central for everything: beach, shops, supermarkets, sightseeing, etc. Everything was great, comfortable beds, bathroom and shower fine — we’ll come again next year.

The pool leaves a lot to be desired; it’s more like the little tank my grandfather had — very small.

The staff were very attentive with everything. The hotel was wonderful! Ruben was attentive and very friendly. We had a great stay.

Some nights we were woken by the noise from the young people. A tip: it would be better for older guests to be given rooms that don’t face the main street.

Services were very good. Bathroom adapted for disabled guests and very comfortable. They had the room ready when we arrived and the air conditioning was on, which was very pleasant and much appreciated. Two car park spaces to leave luggage and for check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff. Small pool, but as shown in the photos.
Servicios muy bien. Baño adaptado a minusválidos pero muy cómodo. Tenían habitación preparada cuando llegamos y aire acondicionado puesto, lo cual resultó muy agradable y se agradecia. Smoking was allowed on the terrace.

Fabulous
Peaceful atmosphere inside the hotel despite being in a town with a lively tourist scene in summer. Very friendly staff, especially the dining team.
Everything clean and welcoming.
Tranquilidad dentro del hotel aún siendo una localidad con mucha vida turística en verano. Trato muy cercano del personal, en especial del equipo de comedor.

Room with adapted bathroom requires some maintenance and updating; the walk-in shower wets the whole bathroom floor and also damages the door when it gets wet.
There isn’t much space provided for lying down by the pool.
Advertised as adults-only but there are children present, although in small numbers.
Habitación con baño adaptado requiere de algo de mantenimiento y actualización, la ducha moja todo el baño al estar a nivel de suelo y también estropea la puerta al mojarse.
No hay mucho espacio habilitado para tumbarse en la piscina.

The hotel was charming inside; the pool and lobby were very nice. The rooms were simple — not like the ones in the photos, but perfectly adequate, with a terrace (at least mine had one) and a very comfortable mattress. For Lloret de Mar, the hotel was very peaceful.
El hotel era mono por dentro, la piscina y el hall estaba muy bien. Las habitaciones sencillas, no son como las que salen en las fotos pero están bien, tienen terraza (por lo menos la que me tocó) y el colchón muy cómodo. El hotel, para lo que es Lloret de mar estaba muy tranquilo.
The food was nothing special — the same every day and with few options. On several occasions we went elsewhere for dinner even though the meal was free. Lloret de Mar is overcrowded and full of teenage tourists; I think most are under 18, but that’s down to the location rather than the hotel. On another note, there’s no free car park nearby — there are two car parks next door that charge about €30 a day, which is outrageous. We had to park 15 minutes from the hotel to avoid paying.
La comida sin más, todos los días lo mismo y había pocas opciones. Varios días nos fuimos a cenar a otro sitio teniendo la cena gratis. Lloret de mar está masificado y lleno de turistas adolescentes, creo que la mayoría no alcanza los 18 años pero esto es cosa del lugar y no del hotel. Por otro lado, no hay parking gratuito cerca, hay dos al lado que te cobran unos 30€ el día, una burrada. Teníamos que aparcar a 15 minutos del hotel para que fuera gratis.

The service at reception was very disappointing. We informed them from the start that we were travelling with a person with a disability and asked, if possible, to check out a little later from the room, as we needed more time and also had to get up very early. They told us they would check and get back to us, but no one ever did.
On the other hand, the advertising is misleading. The hotel is presented as "Adults Only", which is why we chose this accommodation to enjoy a few days of peace and to get away from children. However, we found several children in the pool playing and splashing. If your intention is to rest in an adults-only environment and relax by the pool, this is not the right place.
La atención en recepción fue muy decepcionante. Informamos desde el principio de que viajábamos con una persona con discapacidad y solicitamos, si era posible, salir un poco más tarde de la habitación, ya que necesitábamos más tiempo y además debíamos madrugar bastante. Nos dijeron que lo consultarían y que nos darían una respuesta, pero nadie volvió a informarnos.
Por otro lado, la publicidad resulta engañosa. El hotel se presenta como "Solo Adultos", por lo que elegimos este alojamiento para disfrutar de unos días de tranquilidad y desconectar de los niños. The restaurant is very welcoming, beautifully decorated, and makes you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and delicious. The dining room is pleasant and doesn’t feel at all like a “cafeteria,” unlike some of the neighboring establishments. Everything was perfect; we are delighted with our stay and will be happy to return.
L établissement est très accueillant, joliment décoré et l’on s’y sent bien. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, la nourriture variée et bonne. La salle de restaurant est agréable et ne fait pas du tout" cantine" comme dans d'autres établissements voisins. Tout était parfait, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
The only downside is that the room's decor is a bit basic (too white)—which is a shame, since the lobby is beautifully designed.
Seul bémol, la décoration de la chambre un peu basique (trop blanche), dommage car le hall d'entrée est magnifiquement agencé.
