The hotel staff were exceptional. Starting with the manager, Juan, who was friendly, incredibly kind, and attentive, and this extended to all the other staff we met: Lesmes, Alejandro, Karen, Carlota... A 10 out of 10, without a doubt. The location is unbeatable.

The hotel staff always does everything possible for your comfort. It snowed and they offered to take us to the restaurant. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms have been recently renovated. Breakfast is everything you can imagine. I will definitely come back.

Pocas veces se pueden decir tantas cosas y no saber por donde empezar. Un lujo de hotel, de instalaciones, de comodidades, de atenciones, de ubicacion para la practica del esqui, de comida, de limpeza y todo rematado con un personal muy profesional y efectivo. Es de esos lugares que te marcan. ENCANTADO POR LA EXPERIENCIA.

Lo digo por los forfaits, no considero logico que el cliente despues de un largo viaje deba ir a buscarlos a otro lugar. Creo deberia estar todo preparado, estamos hablando de un servicio contratado en el cual la comodidad es basica y en este aspecto no lo era.
