This accommodation is more than a hotel, it is a place where you are transported to a relaxing environment away from the crowds, you will arrive to a different hotel where you will live an experience full of relaxation and beauty, having a different vision of Acapulco. It is an inspiration of the outstanding Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés, who conceived the project as a tribute to the sea. Therefore, the most characteristic architectural element is the water, complemented by the constant breeze and the perfect use of light that plays on the walls, giving them warm colors. The original creation of the famous Mexican chef Mónica Patiño is offered. To accommodate natural cuisine with Asian touches and contrasting flavors, all ingredients are carefully selected. One of our secrets is that we use fleur de sel, the queen of salts, which perfectly combines the purity of our ingredients. Therefore, Monica creates a seasonal cuisine, which follows the rhythm of nature and brings the best of the countryside and the sea to your table, delighting the most sophisticated palates.
